The Relief employee engagement consists of multiple programs and strategies to help our members be successful in the workplace. With a combination of online training and intense hands-on instruction, each individual learns exactly what the job entails and how to successfully complete each task. Team shadowing completes the initial educational phase before independent work begins. Additionally, Relief has executive housekeepers on staff at each location who are responsible for continual training of all employees.

Custodian
Perform a wide variety of cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules. Day and night shifts available.
Floor Technician
This position includes full service floor care, trash disposal, moving furniture, along with other cleaning duties as assigned.
Crew Leader
Directs the work of a group of employees in maintaining facilities in clean and orderly condition. Day and night shifts available.
Supervisor
Oversee the cleaning performance of a small group of employees while effectively communicating with the Project Manager. Requires working knowledge in all major areas of building maintenance.
Relief Enterprise of Texas works in the following Texas communities: Abilene, Austin, Bastrop, Belton, Copperas Cove, Georgetown, Hillsboro, Killeen, Marlin, Meridian, Midland/Odessa, San Angelo, Taylor, Temple, and Waco.

Responsible for driving employees to job sites, following routes at prescribed times and conducting vehicle safety inspections. Must have excellent time management skills, be reliable, self‐motivated, and energetic. Full time day shift. Rotating schedule may include some weekends. Apply for this position.
